Black Cherry Perry’s Mississippi Medicine Show will be returning to perform at the Penticton Ribfest during 2019 July long weekend! Rotary Ribfest will bring Okanagan Lake Park alive with a full weekend of fantastic family fun, featuring a rib cook-off between four champion barbecue teams from across Canada, music throughout the entire event, entertainment and activities for children and youth, as well as a beverage garden and loads of vendors.
Organized by the Penticton Rotary Club, this event draws 35,000 people to the park over the weekend. Rotary raises funds for ongoing community projects for the citizens of Penticton.

BBQ on the Bow is an annual Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) sanctioned BBQ Competition and outdoor festival taking place at the Montgomery Community Association (Shouldice Park) during Labour Day long week (September 1 & 2 2018). The mission is to spread the love, passion and joy for “southern style” BBQ while simultaneously celebrating and promoting local products, businesses and musicians. BBQ on the Bow is free to attend and aims to provide something for all ages.
